Good morning all,
I am not surprised that Al Franken refused to debate me. He probably knows that I will take him on for his record of serving Minnesotans. (No record). It may be that he knows about my record which is serving Minnesotans for 30 years as a teacher, advocate and volunteer. This morning the Star Tribune had an article about Coleman and Franken on page B3 but it had my picture in the middle of the article. (No photos of either of the opponents).
No matter what, I am determined to take on Norm Coleman and his disastrous policies of sending Minnesota’s women and men into a war that was started under false pretenses and that has resulted in sky high gas and food prices; lowering the taxes of the rich and ignoring the needs of health care for 50 million Americans.
At 9:30 this morning we are having a meeting at the campaign office today with about 15 volunteers who will be checking in on the progress of their various roles. Last night we received another maximum donation of $2.300 not to mention the other generous smaller donations. At noon I get to see some old Minnetonka high school friends at lunch in Excelsior and then I go to the studio to start making my TV and radio commercials. Life is good.
Thanks for tuning in and supporting a Minnesota candidate with Minnesota values on a Minnesota budget.
Very truly yours,
Priscilla Lord Faris
